Today was Gannet Day!!

Another one of those days when the Gannets were flying high - the fun for me was spotting a Guillemot chick trying to hide under the tail of the neighbouring Gannet - just compare the two sizes - and both have to get to the same sea!!

 

An evening at Bempton

So….  the sun actually shone this evening so went up for a stroll, walked out of the Centre to a welcome from a Barn Owl - all photographers distracted from cliffs!!!

A wander up to Jubilee - not as many Puffins as in the mist on Thursday but the Gannets obliged in the late evening sun.  And it was just nice to be out and be able to see!!!!

Well don't really mean sorry 'cos they are just fantastic!!   It was a bit of a soap opera day though - big bullies and kissing cousins…….
